MASSAGE BARS - Our LH Sports Massage Bars are made with Arnica infused olive oil. Arnica has been used for centuries to heal deep bruising and alleviate pain and soreness in muscle tissue. By rubbing our massage bar into the sore area, it can help alleviate pain and promote healing. In addition to the Arnica, we also add essential oils to increase the effect of the arnica as well as provide the essential oils' own therapeutic effect..

We have four different types, each with a slightly different focus. Our Peppermint and Cinnamon massage bar is has a warm deep penetrating effect and is great for deep muscle tissue problems such as back, thighs, shoulders. Our Peppermint and Eucalyptus is also deep penetrating, but it will have a cooling effect from the Eucalyptus. Our Sage & Ginger bar helps promote circulation and is recommended for extremities, especially for people with circulation problems such as diabetics. Our Cinnamon & Clove bar is a great pain relief bar since Clove has natural analgesic properties. This bar works best for joint pain, knees, ankles, wrists, and similar areas.

LIP BALMS - Our Extreme Elements Lip Balm is specially formulated to protect against the elements of Mother Nature. BATH BARS - Lavender Hill has 21 different varieties of herbal soap, but four of these types are specially formulated with the active person in mind. Our Cinnamon Spice and Sage & Ginger bath bars both contain essential oils that help alleviate soreness in muscles as well as work as natural deodorants. They will keep you dryer, reduce the need for heavy antiperspirants and deodorants, and help alleviate pain in muscle tissue. They contain the same essential oils used in our Cinnamon & Clove and Sage & Ginger massage bars. Our Waken and Zenith bath bar also can help alleviate soreness, but their major impact is to energize and refresh. GYM BAG AND LOCKER SPRAY - Our Gym Bag and Locker Spray is very similar to the foot spray except it is designed to be applied to materials and areas as opposed to the skin. It is made with a special blend of essential oils, again including tea tree and peppermint essential oils that will help keep your gym bag and locker free of nasty odors. This spray actually helps kill bacteria naturally. You can even spray this in your sports shoes to keep down those nasty odors.

INSECT REPELLANT - Our Insect Repellant uses the same scents found in nature to repel insects naturally.
